Great German town in Washington. We ate brauts and crout and had to a German brew. Fun.

Olympia

We looked around Olympia beause that is where mom lives and she runs around Capital Lake and shops downtown so she showed us around.

Worlds Largest Sitka Spruce Tree

This tree is over 1000 years old, 191 feet tall and 58 feet and 11 inches around and the top is broken off. The tree is in the Olympic National Forest near Lake Quinault.

We were really lucky with the weather. Nice sunny days around 50 degrees. We were up around snowqualmie pass sledding in Leavenworth, to Tacoma Puget Sound, to the Pacific Ocean to The Cascade Mountains up in the rain forest and we only had a couple drops of rain the whole week. We had a wonderful time.

Pacific Ocean

The First trip to the Pacific Ocean. Kiera had lots of fun with her shovel and bucket and Tristan enjoyed watching her. We were at Ocean Shores and we stayed at the Shilo Inn right along the beach with our own travel guids Chuck and Sue Bowker(G Gowin's Cousins). We also had a swimming pool. Will post those pics as soon as I get them..

Mommy's temporary home

Lounging around mom's new home yes an extended stay hotel. Kiera thought it was nice and she liked it there. Tristan was a big boy and slept in his own bed and Kiera got to sleep with Mommy.
